What You’ll Do
Handle customer inquiries via Desk/Salesforce
Provide information about Artiphon products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product inquiries and concerns
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to help improve overall customer experience
Who You Are
A strong written communicator
Experienced with customer support
Experienced in the field of music production, MIDI, and digital audio workstations
Experienced with project management software like Asana, Slack, and Google Drive (or are good at the internet and can learn quickly)
Familiar with Facebook and Instagram for businesses
Ready to get very familiar with the INSTRUMENT 1 and companion software for iOS, Mac, and PC
