Customer Support Specialist

What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via Desk/Salesforce

  • Provide information about Artiphon products and services

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product inquiries and concerns

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to help improve overall customer experience

Who You Are

  • A strong written communicator

  • Tech-friendly

  • Experienced with customer support

  • Experienced in the field of music production, MIDI, and digital audio workstations

  • Experienced with project management software like Asana, Slack, and Google Drive (or are good at the internet and can learn quickly)

  • Familiar with Facebook and Instagram for businesses

  • Ready to get very familiar with the INSTRUMENT 1 and companion software for iOS, Mac, and PC

  • Making people happy makes you happy

  • Organized, punctual, and you meet your deadlines
