- Periodic Sales: Artiphon may offer periodic sales and discounts on select products or across the entire store. These promotions may include anything from Buy One Get One promos, Free Shipping, Free accessory promos, Discounted items, or affiliate discounts.
- Duration and Scope: Sale durations and scope will be specified for each promotion. Please note that Artiphon reserves the right to modify or end sales at any time, with or without notice.
2. Automatic Discounts:
- Automatic discounts: Advertised discounts that will automatically apply to your cart at checkout.
- Please note you may not see such discounts applied until the reviewing step of your checkout process.
3. Coupons:
- Validity: Coupons issued by Artiphon are valid only for the specified period and cannot be used after expiration or before promotional initiation.
- Redemption: All coupons can be redeemed online at Artiphon.com during the checkout process. Only one coupon code can be applied per order.
- Non-Transferable: Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in combination with other offers unless explicitly stated.
4. Coupon Codes:
Distribution: Artiphon may distribute coupon codes through promotional emails, social media, or other marketing channels. If you have any issues retrieving your coupon please submit a ticket to our customer support team at support@artiphon.com.
- Eligibility: Coupon codes may have specific eligibility criteria and are subject to change at the discretion of Artiphon with no notice.
- Misuse: Any misuse or unauthorized distribution of coupon codes may result in the cancellation of the order.
5. Exclusions:
- Certain products, categories, and regions may be excluded from sales, discounts, or coupon code promotions.
- Please note we only offer free shipping to the continental USA.
6. Price Adjustments:
- Artiphon does not offer price adjustments for previous purchases if the item goes on sale or is discounted after the purchase date.
7. General Terms:
- Artiphon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate promotions, sales, discounts, or coupon codes at any time without prior notice.
- All promotions are subject to product availability.
- This policy is subject to change without notice, and the most current version will be posted on our website.
- Discount and coupons cannot be extended to Artiphon resellers or retail partners. The Artiphon EU webstore is powered by Sonic Sales, and discounts are not valid in our EU store." Sales and discounts are not valid in our EDU store.
- These offers are not valid on third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, Reverb, and eBay. Additionally, we will not match pricing to transactions conducted on external platforms.
- Discounts are only applicable on Artiphon branded instruments and products as mentioned. Discount Codes, promotions, and sales are not valid on partner products and instruments (ex: Loog).
8. Third-party Coupons:
- Please note that we are not responsible for the validity of coupons on third-party coupon sites.
9. Signing up for Emails or Texts:
If you're a first time shopper with us, we do offer a one-time $10 discount if you sign up to receive updates from Artiphon, via Email or SMS/Text. These code is only valid on Artiphon products and instruments and not on partner brands (ex: Loog). However, please email contact@artiphon if you do not receive your discount code within minutes.
