Return Policy
We're incredibly proud of the instruments we make, and think you'll love them, too. If for any reason you find that one of our instruments is not a good fit, we offer a 30-day return window beginning on the day of delivery. There are no restocking fees, and we'll cover the cost of the return (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
To receive a full refund, the instrument must be returned to us in good-as-new condition, with the original packaging intact and all package contents (cables, adapters, pamphlets) included. Once we have received and inspected your instrument, we’ll refund your payment using the billing method used to make the purchase.
Please note that this return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Artiphon at artiphon.com. If you purchased one of our products from a third-party dealer or retail outlet you will need to contact that dealer directly. Our retailers handle their own returns, refunds, and exchanges, and may have policies that differ from our own.
To initiate a return with Artiphon, follow these steps:
- Contact our Support Team at support@artiphon.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order. Let them know that you’re initiating a return and requesting a refund.
- Once we’ve received the return request we’ll forward you to our Returns Portal. Use the portal to submit your order details. Next, we’ll follow up with a pre-paid return shipping label and an RMA number.
- Repack your instrument with all included accessories in the original packaging. Be sure to include your RMA number inside the package. You can drop your package off in your USPS mailbox or at a USPS location.
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return we’ll refund the payment using the billing method used to make the purchase.
Third-Party dealer returns:
If you purchased one of our products from on of our Authorized third-party dealers or retail outlets you will need to contact that dealer directly. Our retailers handle their own returns, refunds, and exchanges, and may have policies that differ from our own.
If you purchased from an unauthorized dealer, please note that we cannot take responsibility for the transaction. Always ensure your dealer is on our list of authorized dealers, which you can check here.
Buy With Prime Returns policy:
- Please note that if you've purchased your product on Artiphon.com using Buy With Prime, Artiphon must comply with Amazon's return policy guidelines.

- Order Confirmation Email: Shoppers can initiate a return for a Buy With Prime order only through the order confirmation email they received.

- Items Shipped from Amazon.com: Items, including those from Amazon Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions. For more information, refer to Amazon's Items that Can't be Returned policy.
- Refund Information: For details on refund timing and amounts, including partial refunds and restocking fees, please see Amazon's Refunds policy.
- Mistaken Returns: If you have returned an item to Amazon by mistake or included something not intended for Amazon, refer to Amazon's Mistaken Returns policy.
Additional Information
- Return Requests: If you have already received a refund and need to return the item, you can create a return request. For more information, see Amazon's Return Items You Ordered. Note that you will be charged if an item expected to be returned is not sent back to Amazon.
- Charges and Reversals: If the item has already been sent back to Amazon and you have received an email requesting the return or have been charged for the item, we will reverse the charge as soon as the return is processed. Please note that it might take additional time for your financial institution to make the funds available in your account.
- Fraud Prevention: To prevent and detect fraud and abuse, Amazon may require additional information and documentation, such as a government-issued photo ID, to process a return or provide a refund or replacement. All personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which is linked at the bottom of this page.
Limited Warranty Policy
Artiphon offers a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty in the event that your instrument exhibits defects through no fault of your own. Steps to make warranty claims depend on where the unit was originally purchased.Warranty replacements do not extend the initial 30-day return window and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Purchases from Artiphon.com or authorized retailers in the United States:
Customers who purchased directly from artiphon.com can make a warranty claim by emailing support@artiphon.com. Please include your invoice and a clear, thorough description of the fault. Once we’ve assessed the issue we will replace your instrument with new or fully refurbished stock at no additional charge. Artiphon is only able to fulfill replacements in the country that the unit was originally purchased in.
Purchases from third-party retailers outside the united states:
Customers who wish to make warranty claims on instruments purchased outside of the United States will need to contact the retailer or dealer directly for warranty claims. In the event of a coverage dispute with a dealer or retailer customers may contact support@artiphon.com for resolution.
Warranty Coverage does not include:
- Accidental user damage
- Structural damage from drops or impact with hard objects
- Use of a power adapter other than the approved/included factory power adapter
- Misuse or improper operation
- Normal wear-and-tear
