Order Confirmation email

Contains your order number and itemized list of your purchase.

SHIPPING Confirmation email

Contains your tracking number and a link to your Order Status Page. Refer to your Order Status Page when looking for information about your order.
• Subject line: “A shipment from order ######## is on the way”

Orba 2 orders

Orba 2 is now in stock and ready to ship!

Orba 1 and accessories are in stock and ship the next business day.

Fulfillment time will vary based on the courier you chose and your shipping location.

OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION

In most cases, packages will be delivered by FedEx or your local mail carrier (USPS/Canada Post). If there are any known issues with delivery to your address, please consider using an alternate shipping address. Please note that FedEx is unable to deliver to PO boxes. Orders with PO box addresses will likely be delayed or potentially lost in transit.

If you ordered accessories with your Orba or INSTRUMENT 1, they may arrive in separate packages

Though we do our best to accommodate changes to your orders, we prioritize sending shipments out as quickly as possible. We may be able to update your order if you message within three hours of checking out, and it’s during business hours.
However, in most situations, we will be unable to make any updates to an order once it has been placed. This includes changing order contents, updating shipping addresses, or canceling an order outright. We do offer prepaid, 30-day returns once your shipment has been delivered. Orders returned within this window will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

If your order’s tracking information has not shown movement in at least 30 days, or is marked as lost, please let us know

If your package has been marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend reaching out to your local post office. In most cases, that is where your package is being held. We are unable to replace orders that are marked as delivered.
