ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION

Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen for a small fee. Add Route to your cart at checkout to enable protection. In the event that your shipment is lost in transit or stolen from your mailbox, Route will cover the cost of a replacement or refund the purchase price of the missing item upon request. Claims must be filed with Route. Instructions for filing a missing package claim will be sent via email upon purchase.

We strongly recommend including Route with your purchase. If you opt out of route, Artiphon will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION

In most cases, packages will be delivered by your local mail carrier (USPS/Canada Post). If there are any known issues with USPS delivery to your address, please consider using an alternate shipping address or PO box.

If you ordered accessories with your Orba or INSTRUMENT 1, they may arrive in separate packages

We’re able to ship to PO Boxes via Standard Shipping only.

If your order’s tracking information has not shown movement in at least 30 days, or is marked as lost, please let us know

If your package has been marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend reaching out to your local post office. In most cases, that is where your package is being held. We are unable to replace orders that are marked as delivered.
