In most cases, packages will be delivered by FedEx or your local mail carrier (USPS/Canada Post). If there are any known issues with delivery to your address, please consider using an alternate shipping address. Please note that FedEx is unable to deliver to PO boxes. Orders with PO box addresses will likely be delayed or potentially lost in transit.
If you ordered accessories with your Orba or Chorda , they may arrive in separate packages.
Though we do our best to accommodate changes to your orders, we prioritize sending shipments out as quickly as possible. We may be able to update your order if you message within three hours of checking out, and it’s during business hours.
However, in most situations, we will be unable to make any updates to an order once it has been placed. This includes changing order contents, updating shipping addresses, or canceling an order outright. We do offer prepaid, 30-day returns once your shipment has been delivered. Orders returned within this window will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
Free shipping is only available for orders over $100 USD and is applicable only within the contiguous United States. Additional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.
