Due to Canada Post's labor disruption, we have paused new orders heading to Canada. We hope to resume deliveries soon.
For existing orders, we are working to find a temporary alternative courier to fulfill orders.
General Shipping Information
In most cases, packages will be delivered by FedEx or your local mail carrier (USPS/Canada Post). If there are any known issues with delivery to your address, please consider using an alternate shipping address. Please note that FedEx is unable to deliver to PO boxes. Orders with PO box addresses will likely be delayed or potentially lost in transit.
If you ordered accessories with your Orba or Chorda, they may arrive in separate packages.

Do you ship overseas?
Artiphon ships directly to the USA, Canada, and Hong Kong. For other regions, we have a network of authorized retailers. Discover your nearest retailer by checking our list here.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are and what instrument you're shopping for. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. An estimated delivery date will be provided by the courier once one has been determined.
Can I update my shipping address?
Once your order leaves the warehouse and is passed off to the courier, we can no longer update your shipping address. For US customers, If you would like to update your address with one nearby, we recommend reaching out to your local USPS office to hold the package before it arrives at its final destination. Then, you may be able to collect is from the USPS office.
Why hasn't my tracking information been updated?
It may take a few extra days for tracking information to update during certain parts of the shipping process. These include the initial handoff to the courier, customs processing for those in Canada, and the transfer of the package from DHL to USPS (this often shows up as "tendered to agent" in your tracking info).
My order was marked as delivered but I haven’t received it yet?
If your package was marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived yet, don’t worry! Sometimes carriers like USPS or Canada Post may mark packages as delivered a day or two early.
Here’s what we recommend:
- Wait 48 hours after the delivery confirmation. Packages often show up within this time.
- If you still don’t have your order after 48 hours, please reach out to us using the link below. We’ll be happy to help.
Can I cancel/modify my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible! While we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships, we can’t guarantee modifications once the order is in progress.
If your order has already been marked as “Fulfilled” (even if it hasn’t left the warehouse), we won’t be able to cancel it. In this case, you’ll need to wait for the order to arrive and initiate a return.

If your order’s tracking information has not shown movement in at least 30 days, or is marked as lost, please let us know here.
If your package has been marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend reaching out to your local post office. In most cases, that is where your package is being held. We are unable to replace orders that are marked as delivered.
