Here’s what to look out for:
Order Confirmation email
- Â Contains your order number and itemized list of your purchase.
- Subject line: “Thank you for your order!”
Shipping Confirmation email
- You will receive this email 1-2 business days after your order confirmation.
- Please allow at least 24 hours for the courier to update the shipping information.
- This email will contain your tracking number and a link, where you can track your package.
***Please make sure to double-check all your email accounts and spam folders if you do not see your order confirmation email.***
Other Shipping Information
In most cases, packages will be delivered by FedEx or your local mail carrier (USPS/Canada Post). If there are any known issues with delivery to your address, please consider using an alternate shipping address. Please note that FedEx is unable to deliver to PO boxes. Orders with PO box addresses will likely be delayed or potentially lost in transit.
If you ordered accessories with your Orba or Chorda , they may arrive in separate packages.

Do you ship overseas?
Artiphon ships directly to the USA, Canada, and Hong Kong. For other regions, we have a network of authorized retailers. Discover your nearest retailer by checking our list here.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. An estimated delivery date will be provided by the courier once one has been determined.
How can I track my order?
- In the US: If your tracking information looks like this "610_____________", track it at DHL.com. Your order will be passed off to USPS for the final leg of its journey. On the DHL website, see "More Shipment Details" to find your Local Tracking Number (ex. 926----------). Enter this tracking number on the USPS website to track your order.
- In Canada: If your tracking information looks like this "310--------," track it at DHL.com.
Can I update my shipping address?
Once your order leaves the warehouse and is passed off to the courier, we can no longer update your shipping address. For US customers, If you would like to update your address with one nearby, we recommend reaching out to your local USPS office to hold the package before it arrives at its final destination. Then, you may be able to collect is from the USPS office.
Why hasn't my tracking information been updated?
Please note that it may take a few extra days for tracking information to update during certain parts of the shipping process. These include the initial handoff to the courier, customs processing for those in Canada, and the transfer of the package from DHL to USPS (this often shows up as "tendered to agent" in your tracking info).
My order was marked as delivered but I haven’t received it yet?
- First thing we do is give it 48 hours from when it was marked as delivered, especially with USPS/Canada Post
- If after 48 hours you do not see your order, contact us below.
Can I cancel/modify my order after placing it?
- Reach out ASAP –– If we catch the ticket before it leaves the , we sometimes can cancel orders in time to modify them, but it’s not guaranteed.
- If the order has already been marked as “Fulfilled” (even if it hasn’t left the warehouse), we can’t cancel it. At that point, you will need to wait until it arrives and return it.

If your order’s tracking information has not shown movement in at least 30 days, or is marked as lost, please let us know here.
If your package has been marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend reaching out to your local post office. In most cases, that is where your package is being held. We are unable to replace orders that are marked as delivered.
