Orba offers a variety of sounds, including traditional instruments like guitars, pianos, basses, and drums, as well as electronic synth sounds. Use the Artiphon Connect app to access and mix hundreds of sounds inspired by genres such as lofi, edm, hip-hop, trap, pop, rnb, and more.
Orba’s onboard synthesizer features four parts—Drum, Bass, Chord, and Lead—that you can switch between with a single tap. Its looper lets you layer and record quickly for instant song creation. When connected to a DAW, these parts control software instruments and enable advanced features, such as playing multiple MIDI notes with a single finger.

You can use Orba 2 without having to connect to a computer or phone. The Artiphon Connect app is used to change sounds, save your songs, and update firmware. For that, the system requirements are:
